The House of Textiles, a venture by Kailpar Group and one of the largest manufacturers of textiles for high fashion, has been weaving magic for over four decades. We are a global wholesale fabric trading service for manufacturers, export houses, and fashion brands.
Where are your fabrics sourced from?
We work with trusted factories across China and maintain a ready inventory of more than 5 lakh meters in India. Our fabrics are handpicked to reflect international design aesthetics with local adaptability.
Are your fabrics machine-made or handcrafted?
All our fabrics are machine-made to ensure consistent quality, durability, and scale. However, we carefully select textures, finishes, and weaves that emulate artisanal detail.
Do you offer bulk pricing or wholesale rates?

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship across India for both retail and wholesale customers. Delivery timelines may vary based on the quantity and location.

Can I visit your studio or warehouse?
Yes, visits to our Mumbai and Delhi studios can be arranged by appointment. We'd love to take you through our fabric library in person. The visits are strictly appointment-based. Please contact us for more details.
Do you offer fabric customisation?
Yes, we offer services like lab dips, strike-offs, and development assistance for bulk orders. Customisation is available based on minimum order quantities.
Can I order a sample or shade card before placing an order?

Are your fabrics dyeable?

Do you offer credit or accept advance payments?
We operate strictly on an advance payment basis. All orders must be paid in full before processing. At this time, we do not offer credit terms.

While not all our fabrics are certified sustainable, we strive to maintain ethical sourcing practices and work with compliant factories that meet international standards.
